Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safe, efficient pole assessments and restoration work. You will mentor teammates, manage productivity goals, and interact professionally with customers and utility reps.

The role requires strong leadership and willingness to travel extensively, with comprehensive training and advancement opportunities within a long-standing company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for efficient completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Prepare reports and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility representatives.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on safety and accountability.
