Qualifications

• Minimum five years hands-on experience in construction.
• Two years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Willing to perform laborer and operator tasks when needed.
• Six days a week availability.
• Strong safety and quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field crew activities and time reporting.
• Oversee toolbox talks, permits, and paperwork.
• Review plans, track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor work.
• Inspect sites to ensure safety and conformance with specs.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and PMs to resolve issues.
• Mentor crew and manage performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specs.
• Read blueprints and mark site locations.
• Carry out duties as required.
