Job summary

Benchmark Utility Services seeks a hands-on Foreman in Sterling, VA to supervise daily utility construction activities and lead field crews safely and efficiently. You will review plans, coordinate crews, and ensure quality and compliance with safety standards on every project.

Responsibilities include toolbox talks, permits, progress reporting, and mentoring crew members. A minimum five years in construction with at least two in leadership, OSHA 10/30, and a valid driver's license are required.
