Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activity and time reporting of field crews.
• Reviews project plans and blueprints and tracks materials and subcontractor work.
• Ensures safety standards and quality compliance on site.
• Mentors crew members and coordinates with Superintendent and subs.
• Performs laborer and operator duties when needed.
