B&S Site Development in Richmond, VA is seeking an on-site Foreman to lead crew activities at underground utility projects. You will coordinate field operations, ensure work aligns with plans and safety standards, and serve as the main liaison between field crews and site management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of underground utility experience, with at least one year in a leadership role, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to read blueprints and grade measurements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of utility installation methods and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and in various weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on-site
• Oversee installation of storm, water, and sanitary sewer systems
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members.
