Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical, manufacturing, or industrial utility operations.
• Experience with utility systems such as power distribution, steam generation, cooling water, compressed air, nitrogen, and wastewater.
• Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), process control systems, and industrial instrumentation.
• Strong PC skills and good interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of site utilities and offsites infrastructure across electrical, mechanical, process, and operations disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, codes and standards, coordinating with maintenance, capital, and operations teams.
• Develop and optimize preventive and condition-based maintenance programs to improve asset reliability.
• Manage DCS, PLC, OT, and cybersecurity systems—including upgrades, audits, and incident response.
• Lead incident investigations, equipment failure analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
