Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a compassionate Physician Associate/Assistant (PA) to join as Lead Provider in our urgent care clinic. You will act as clinical leader, mentor new-grad providers, and guide allied staff while delivering high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and ongoing education within a proactive team, with pay transparency and productivity incentives typical for this region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification.
• Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification: American Heart Association or American Red Cross. CPR/ACLS not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with health assessments and exams.
• Prepare accurate medical records and sign office notes using EMR.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff for efficient patient treatment.
• Mentor new-grad providers and staff; participate in continuing education.
