ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Physician Assistant to provide exceptional care in our urgent care clinic. This role includes mentoring new-grad providers and clinic staff, with a focus on patient-centered assessments, timely treatments, and efficient care delivery.

The Lead Provider will guide clinical operations, maintain high standards of documentation, and support ongoing education while enjoying a collaborative team environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree as PA and appropriate licensure.
• DEA license with no restrictions required.
• BLS certification required; other ACLS/CPR not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care including assessments, exams, and history review.
• Document accurately with EMR and ensure compliance with policies.
• Mentor and lead clinical staff and new grads; collaborate with team.
• Support continuing education and professional development for clinic staff.
