Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Associate/Assistant to join our urgent care team as Lead Provider. You will lead clinical staff, mentor new-grad providers, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

We value collaboration, continuous learning, and hands-on leadership. You’ll partner with a dedicated team to improve patient experiences, ensure compliant documentation, and drive clinical excellence across our New England clinics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification required.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine or urgent care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with comprehensive assessments and care planning.
• Assess health, perform exams, administer tests, and interpret results.
• Perform injections, suturing, and wound care as needed.
• Educate patients on regimens, growth, and wellness; counsel on care options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with clinic team; act as a preceptor and mentor for new staff.
• Lead clinical staff in absence of Practice Manager; drive clinical excellence.
