Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to join our urgent care clinic as Lead Provider. You will mentor clinicians, lead clinical staff, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct health assessments, order tests, and coordinate care while ensuring accurate EMR documentation. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and a friendly, inclusive team culture across New England clinics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and PA certification required.
• Must maintain DEA license and BLS.
• Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care through exams and histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage conditions.
• Perform injections, suturing, and wound care.
• Educate patients and counsel on health and wellness.
• Maintain complete medical records and EMR documentation.
• Mentor and lead clinic staff and new graduates.
