You will lead the underwriting support staff, guide Associate Underwriters, and help shape underwriting direction for admitted and non-admitted products while managing external relationships.

The role requires 5–10 years of underwriting experience, strong leadership and project-management skills, and a track record of sound underwriting decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of underwriting experience.
• Demonstrated aptitude to manage people and projects.
• Proven ability to make sound underwriting decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the underwriting support team and Associate Underwriters.
• Contribute to underwriting direction for admitted and non-admitted products.
