Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure is seeking a Punch Out Foreman to lead our underground utility installation teams on Bětween projects in Orlando, FL. You will manage the punch out crew, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate daily field activities to meet project milestones.

The role requires expertise in water, sewer, and drainage installations, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints. On-site work with variable weather and travel to multiple job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a punch out crew in underground utilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures on site.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with project teams.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, and daily field activities.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the punch out crew, including operators, laborers, and skilled workers.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities to meet milestones.
• Oversee installation of water, sewer, and drainage systems per specs.
• Manage equipment operation, maintenance, and reporting of issues.
• Control material inventory and ordering for the project.
• Mentor crew members and promote teamwork and skill development.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Document daily logs, equipment usage, safety records, and project reports.
• Identify and address operational challenges during underground installation.
