Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure seeks a Punch Out Foreman to lead our underground utility installation teams on water, sewer, and drainage projects. You will manage the punch out crew, ensure safe, efficient work, and maintain quality while following project specifications.

Qualified candidates will have proven foreman experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints, coordinate daily activities, and mentor junior crew members on site in Florida.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Punch Out Foreman in underground utility work.
• Ability to read plans and blueprints for water, sewer and drainage projects.
• Strong leadership to supervise crew and enforce safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the punch out crew, directing equipment operators and laborers.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory requirements on site.
• Coordinate daily work activities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Oversee installation quality and adherence to plans and specs.
• Manage equipment operation, maintenance, and issue reporting.
• Control materials/inventory and track supplies for the project.
• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, safety docs, and project reports.
• Identify and address operational challenges during underground installation.
