Lambert's Cable is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction in Chesapeake, VA. This field role focuses on supervising the company construction program and ensuring all sites follow established rules, practices, and policies.

A strong emphasis is placed on availability for call outs and coordination with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisor experience in telecom, knowledge of industry standards, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in telecommunications.
• Knowledge of industry standards, practices and regulations for fiber optic and copper outside plant facilities.
• Ability to work in weather conditions including inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program ensuring compliance with construction rules and policies.
• Be available for call outs.
• Interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities.
• Coordinate, lead and assist crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time and policies followed.
