Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking a foreman to lead underground construction crews in the United States. You will oversee HDD, trenching, conduit placement, handholes/vaults, and restoration while ensuring safety and compliance with plans and permits. Strong leadership and field coaching are essential.

Responsibilities include supervising crew performance, coordinating with managers and inspectors, and maintaining project schedules and quality on site in Florida.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OSP underground construction experience.
• Ability to read construction prints, utility maps and locate markings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for crew management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise underground construction crews and coordinate daily work and production goals.
• Review prints, locate utilities, permits, routes and scope requirements before work begins.
• Oversee HDD, trenching, conduit placement and restoration activities.
• Ensure safety, traffic control, and compliance with customer standards.
• Track daily footage, quantities, materials, and field documentation.
