Pramira Inc. is seeking an experienced Underground Construction Foreman to lead field crews performing underground fiber optic installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in underground telecom/fiber construction.
• Hands-on experience supervising underground construction crews.
• Experience with fiber splicing, blowing, placement, and conduit proofing.
• Ability to read construction plans and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise underground fiber optic construction crews.
• Oversee trenching, conduit installation, potholing, excavation, and restoration.
• Ensure conduit proofing and fiber blowing/placement are completed to spec.
• Oversee fiber splicing and termination when required.
• Read plans, coordinate daily activities, and manage materials.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance on site.
• Document daily reports and communicates project needs to management.
