Job summary

Precision Underground Utilities LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead on-site underground utility installations and enforce DOT/FMCSA and OSHA safety standards. You will manage crews, review plans, and ensure on-time, compliant project execution.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership abilities, knowledge of safety regulations, and a track record of field-based problem solving in a heavy utilities environment. The role is 50-60 hours per week outdoors with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• Proven leadership experience in field operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA and CDL regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for underground utility projects.
• Direct and supervise crews in equipment operation and trench work.
• Interpret construction plans and ensure compliant installations.
• Coordinate with project managers to maintain timelines.
• Maintain DOT logs and safety documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and company procedures on site.
• Train and mentor team members on compliance and safety.
