Cox Automotive seeks a UKG Advanced Scheduling Lead Platform Engineer to design, configure and optimize UKG Pro Workforce Management Advanced Scheduling and Analytics. You will work with stakeholders to capture requirements, define features, and drive future-state processes within a cross-functional scrum team.

The role includes configuration ownership, testing support, demos, and training material creation as a subject matter expert.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management Pro Scheduling and Pro Time/Pay.
• Experience designing, configuring, and supporting advanced scheduling tools.
• Collaborative work with product, operations, HR and IT teams.
• Ability to translate business requests into features and user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, enhance, and manage the UKG Advanced Scheduling platform.
• Lead configuration ownership and future-state process design.
• Support testing, release planning, and demos for stakeholders.
• Provide production support, break-fix coordination, and monitoring.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and articulate business needs.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders to optimize enterprise efficiency.
