Cox Automotive in the United States is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer for UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling. The role collaborates with product and business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize scheduling across multi-skill environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ related experience.
Working understanding of UKG Workforce Management Pro Scheduling, Time, and Pay (formerly UKG Dimensions).
Experience working with engineering teams to deliver product capabilities.
Experience designing, configuring, and supporting UKG Workforce Management Pro or similar advanced scheduling tools (Nice or Aspect).
Working collaboratively with product, operations management, HR, and IT teams.
Define, design, configure, test, and complete work to meet established objectives.
Proven self-starter who can proactively engage with the business, stakeholders, and peers.
Ability to understand and articulate various internal and external customer needs.
Solves complex problems and proactively identifies innovative solutions to problems.
Be a solid change agent and remove roadblocks.
Must possess a natural curiosity to learn and expand their knowledge.
Working experience in a collaborative cross‑functional team environment.
Effective communication skills & presentation skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate across business and technology.

Responsibilities

Provides thought leadership and recommends design solutions to improve processes, tools, and/or services based on product knowledge, practical experience, optimal outcomes, and best practices to enhance the operating environment of front-line team members
Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Pro Workforce Management Advanced Scheduler Module
Future state process and application configuration ownership
Technology delivery ownership
Driving a continuous improvement process within WFM
Facilitates complex working sessions and tailoring them to meet business needs as necessary
Analyzes data and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way
Trusted advisor to stakeholders and partners to create and optimize future state design to increase enterprise efficiency
Support Cox Automotive business stakeholders in solution design working sessions to enable the delivery of advanced scheduling solutions that meet the business needs
Translate business requests into features and user stories in a collaborative cross-functional team and help define functional, integration, and user acceptance test cases
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in application features, capabilities, and business rules
Provides ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products
Works with the vendor and production support team to provide production break fix support
Participates in work intake meetings, design and delivery ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and release planning meetings
Partner with Product and Business Stakeholders to understand the product strategy while generating innovative ideas to enable success
Scheduling experience in multiple skill and multichannel environments
