Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in electrical and facility control systems.
• US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
• 8+ years PLC programming across multiple hardware platforms.
• Experience with Emerson, Allen-Bradley, Phoenix Contact, Automation Direct.
• Ability to write software with object-oriented approach and Ladder Logic.
• Strong safety and quality mindset; able to work with minimal direction.
• Good oral and written communication; technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop and test PLC programs for equipment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Define control system requirements and specs.
• Lead implementation and testing; troubleshoot software/electrical/mechanical issues.
• Use AutoCAD Electrical to support and revise designs; create BOM and docs.
• Create detailed operation and maintenance documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting of electrical issues including generators.
• Respond quickly with quality solutions for customers.
