Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an energetic technician to perform gas turbine engine assembly and testing at our Centennial, Colorado facility. You will work closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and EHS teams to deliver high-performing products.

This role operates on a three-day workweek with three 12-hour shifts (Friday–Sunday) and includes a shift differential. Requirements include at least 3 years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience, strong hands-on skills, and the

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and standard work instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and initiative in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into sub-assemblies or full units following standard work instructions.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide assembly actions.
• Operate hand and power tools per guidelines and ensure tool maintenance.
• Adhere to EHS policies, wear PPE, and participate in safety initiatives.
• Use inspection equipment to ensure conformance to design specs.
• Document progress and update status using computer systems.
• Assist in creating or improving assembly/test procedures.
• Provide timely communication on issues and assist root cause corrective actions.
