Job summary

The Boring Company in Las Vegas is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead post-TBM station and tunnel buildout, directing electrical, fire life safety, lighting, painting, and paving to deliver complete, operating infrastructure ready for commissioning.

You will manage day-to-day field crews and subs, coordinate with engineering and operations, enforce safety standards, and drive productivity under tight schedules in a real tunnel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 or higher required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Working knowledge of all construction operations.
• Knowledge of site layout, steel, concrete, and form work.
• Experience with heavy equipment (excavators, front loaders).
• Experience with hand tools (jacklegs, air tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead post-TBM station and tunnel buildout, directing electrical, fire life safety, lighting, painting, paving and finishing work.
• Manage day-to-day field crews and subs to meet aggressive schedules while upholding safety and quality.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and operations to resolve constructability issues and ensure progress.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality inspections, and site documentation.
• Oversee material staging, equipment use and trade handoffs to maximize productivity.
