The Boring Company in Las Vegas is expanding its tunnel projects and seeks a Superintendent to lead field teams and ensure safe, efficient construction operations.

You will oversee schedules, coordinate with multiple departments, and apply your knowledge of tunnel systems to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Prior experience in tunneling and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, tunnel experience, OSHA 10+.
• Experience leading field crews in tunneling environments.
• Working knowledge of tunnel operations and TBMs.
• Knowledge of site layout, steel, concrete, and formwork.
• Working knowledge of mining equipment such as excavators and loaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field personnel and daily/weekly schedules.
• Act as SME for tunnel and underground structures.
• Lead less experienced employees in safe productive work procedures.
• Work safely on new construction, maintenance or repair.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to implement innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot problems and supervise troubleshooting in primary/secondary systems.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment and tools in good working order.
• Conduct pre-job or tailgate briefings.
• Comply with reporting procedures.
• Coordinate transportation activities.
