The Boring Company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead tunneling project scheduling and planning across multiple sites in Las Vegas. This role focuses on coordinating timelines, resources, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

You will manage labor, equipment, and materials, work with engineering and operations teams, and drive improvements in planning processes. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in construction planning and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–6 years of experience in construction planning or project scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and labor plans.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations leaders to build timelines and deliverables.
• Allocate resources including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and propose mitigation solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports on schedule adherence.
• Analyze project data to improve scheduling processes and best practices.
