Job summary

The Boring Company is seeking a Superintendent to lead tunnel construction operations in Las Vegas. You will oversee field crews, manage daily schedules, and act as the subject matter expert for underground structures, ensuring safety and efficiency on scale projects.

You will guide less experienced workers, coordinate cross-department efforts, and troubleshoot primary/secondary systems while maintaining equipment and site safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in tunnels.
• OSHA 10 or greater.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Working knowledge of tunnel operations and supporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and construction operations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for tunnel and underground structures.
• Lead less experienced employees in safe productive work procedures.
• Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance or repair work.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to implement innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot problems and supervises troubleshooting in primary secondary systems.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment and tools in good working order.
• Conduct pre-job or tailgate briefings.
• Comply with reporting procedures.
• Coordinate transportation activities.
