Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, plan tasks, and coordinate with management on safety protocols and scheduling in Sauk City, WI.

The role includes field training, supervising crew performance, and maintaining records. CDL preferred; a valid driver's license is required. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position with competitive benefits including health insurance and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• CDL preferred, valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new tasks.
• Enforce safe work practices and provide safety training.
• Coordinate with property owners on access and work scope.
• Maintain crew records, timesheets, and reports.
• Control crew costs and equipment usage.
