Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate with management, and enforce safety protocols on job sites in Wisconsin. You will guide training, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining records and reporting on work completed.

The role requires CDL driving, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to field conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of adapting to field requirements and taking independent action.
• Must safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Weight limit of approximately 300 pounds.
• No fear of heights.

Aufgaben

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving/interpreting orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices, per OSHA and company policies, and conducts safety training.
• Discusses with property owners/customers issues such as access, power interruption, and work scope; refers controversial cases to the General Foreperson.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Promotes and maintains good customer relations through completed work and proper crew conduct.
• May be delegated authority to investigate incidents and settle minor damage claims.
• Maintains accurate records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and optimize use of resources.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed, crew time, and repairs.
• Coordinates with customers, police and fire departments when blocking streets.
• Inspects and arranges repairs for tools, trucks, and equipment.
• Keeps truck and work location clean and organized.
• Responsible for DOT maintenance and inspection requirements.
