Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a General Foreperson to supervise line clearance crews, allocate daily tasks, and ensure adherence to safety, union agreements, and customer requirements. This role requires effective leadership and strong safety and regulatory knowledge to protect personnel and assets in a field setting.

The General Foreperson will coordinate with the Project Manager, manage timesheets and work orders, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to drive

Qualifications

• Experience supervising line clearance crews.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and on-the-job safety practices.
• Must have First-Aid/CPR credentials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL and DOT medical card as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees line clearance crew members and assigns daily work orders.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Trains and coaches crew on safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Maintains crew production records and cost control measures.
• Coordinates with HR on hiring, discipline and leaves as needed.
• Communicates with customers and stakeholders to promote safety and service quality.
