Job summary

Blue Sky Utility / Nofar USA seeks an experienced Director, Treasury to own the treasury function and steer cash, liquidity, and debt management for a growing U.S. energy portfolio.

The role reports to the CFO and will lead forecasting, bank relationships, covenant reporting, debt administration, insurance programs, and treasury controls as the company scales. You will build cash forecasts, manage bank portals, track debt, and prepare lender packages while partnering with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in treasury, corporate or project finance.
• Experience with debt facilities, covenant reporting, and lender communications.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning across entities and liquidity forecasting.
• Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts including development, construction, acquisitions, and debt service.
• Maintain visibility into current and projected liquidity and identify funding constraints.
• Manage bank accounts, portals, signers, and access controls.
• Coordinate lender reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Support financing activities, refinancings, and capital transactions.
• Oversee insurance and surety programs related to development and construction.
