TransGrid Energy LLC, a growing renewable energy company, seeks a Treasury Manager to lead day-to-day finance and treasury ops across 30+ entities and 100+ bank accounts. You will manage PF closings, debt service, cash forecasting, and internal controls helping scale the finance function.

You will partner with the Finance Director and drive process design, policy development, and reporting for Tax Equity, partnership distributions, and hedging strategies in a fast-paced, ambiguity-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in project finance, treasury, or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience with PF debt and waterfall structures.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume financial transactions and multi-account structures.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling for debt service and dividend distributions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Execute PF Closings and Term Loan conversions.
• Manage the service in non-recourse PF debt (e.g. Tax Equity Bridge Loan and Construction Loan).
• Prepare and review PF covenant reporting.
• Manage daily cash operations and the +100 bank accounts.
• Support cash positioning and forecasting processes and reporting.
• Support quarterly distributable cash calculations and monitoring partnership shortfalls.
• Assist in managing interest rate swaps and hedging strategies.
• Assist in developing financial policies and internal controls for treasury and project finance.
