Job summary

Blue Sky Utility / Nofar USA seeks a Director, Treasury to own and optimize the company’s treasury function across a growing U.S. renewable energy portfolio. You will manage cash, liquidity, debt, and banking relationships while supporting financings and strategic transactions.

You will build cash forecasts, monitor covenants, and deliver timely lender reporting, operating with a hands-on, results-driven mindset in a fast-paced, lean team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of treasury, corporate or project finance experience.
• Experience administering debt facilities and lender reporting.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning and liquidity management across entities.
• Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts including development, construction, and debt service.
• Maintain debt schedules, covenants, and lender reporting.
• Manage bank accounts, portals, and treasury controls.
• Support acquisitions, financings, and strategic transactions.
• Coordinate insurance, surety, and treasury risk reporting.
