Job summary

Blue Sky Utility / Nofar USA is seeking an experienced Director, Treasury to own the company’s treasury function and support a growing renewable energy portfolio across the U.S. This senior role reports to the CFO and covers cash management, debt administration, banking relationships, and treasury controls.

The ideal candidate will build cash forecasts, manage bank portals and debt schedules, monitor covenants, and coordinate insurance and surety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or project finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning and liquidity management across entities.
• Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts including development, construction, acquisitions, debt service, and financing proceeds.
• Maintain visibility into liquidity and identify funding constraints early.
• Manage intercompany funding, account structures, and working capital.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Development, Construction, Asset Management, and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Provide the CFO with actionable liquidity and cash risk reporting.
• Support debt portfolio management, facilities, and covenant reporting.
• Serve as treasury point for acquisitions, financings, and strategic transactions.
• Manage banking relationships, bank accounts, and treasury portals with proper controls.
• Coordinate lender reporting, audits, and diligence requests.
• Build treasury process documentation and controls as the company grows.
