Job summary

SunStrong Management LLC is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee daily cash operations, liquidity, and financial risk. You will interface with banking partners, manage asset funding, and forecast capital needs for solar asset pools.

The role collaborates with the finance team and executive leadership on long-term financing transactions. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in corporate treasury or financial management, a finance-related degree (MBA a plus), and strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury, banking, or financial management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or master's degree is a plus.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with treasury software.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions, manage cash concentration, and handle wire transfers or liquidity needs.
• Liquidity Forecasting: Build and maintain short- and long-term cash flow models to support business planning.
• Banking Relations: Maintain relationships with financial institutions, negotiate fees, and manage bank accounts.
• Risk Mitigation: Manage FX exposure, interest rate risks, and hedging strategies.
• Debt and Capital Management: Oversee debt facilities, covenant compliance, and capital structure optimization.
• Process Automation: Implement and manage treasury management systems and ERP integrations.
• Compliance & Controls: Enforce internal controls, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
