Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a Director of Asset-Level Financing within its Treasury function. The role focuses on structuring, executing, and managing tax equity and finance transactions across renewables, storage, gas, transmission, pipelines, and residential solar.

The incumbent leads cross-functional collaboration with banks, institutional investors, and asset managers to optimize financing decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance/energy projects.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financing strategy, including interaction with lenders and investors.
• Prepare transaction models and financial analyses to support financing paths.
• Create presentations for internal approvals and funding execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Develops, coaches and mentors team members.
• Oversees capital raising through bank loans and institutional markets.
• Identify financial impacts of project considerations and mitigate risk.
