Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of treasury or finance experience.

• Track record in securing debt financing for capital-intensive projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capital optimization strategies.
• Structure and secure financing for ESS and battery facility.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through hedging.
• Build relationships with financial institutions and investors.
• Develop financial models for project financing and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day treasury activities and regulatory compliance.
• Present treasury reports to senior management and stakeholders.
