Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor to oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering case management and clinical services in Los Angeles. The role reports to the Program Manager and emphasizes trauma-informed, strength-based approaches to care for vulnerable populations, including those facing homelessness or recovery from incarceration.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or counseling and active California licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist.
• Minimum 3 years of complex clinical experience with homeless or underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed and/or registered therapists, case workers and clinical staff.
• Ensure trauma-informed, strength-based program approaches and safety.
• Review client case records for accuracy and compliance with laws and policies.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to meet contract expectations and quality care.
• Lead staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
