Job summary

• Master's in social work or related field required.
• California licensure (LCSW/LMFT) required or to be obtained as a condition of employment.
• Experience supervising therapists and interns is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SES therapists pursuing licensure and supervise interns and students.
• Coordinate individual and group supervision for clinicians and interns.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager and leadership to advance clinical program design.
• Ensure trauma-informed treatment planning and discharge planning.
