Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and driver assistants on daily flights.
• Coordinate services between kitchen and drivers.
• Ensure dock operations meet schedule and equipment is available.
• Verify correct catering for each aircraft and flight.
• Maintain safety procedures and airport badge compliance.
• Prepare management reports on attendance, HAACP, and labor.
