Responsibilities

• Organize and staff the department to meet flight service and delivery timelines across all shifts.
• Lead daily shift briefings and ensure clear handoffs between teams.
• Dispatch and route planning; adapt to real-time changes in flights.
• Ensure fleet readiness and conduct pre-/post-trip inspections with Maintenance.
• Maintain load accuracy, security, and temperature logs for safety and compliance.
• Ensure safe airside operations and adherence to AOA driving rules.
