Job summary

Pape-Dawson Consulting Engineers, LLC seeks a senior leader to manage transportation project delivery in the Texas region. You will guide multiple PM teams, nurture relationships with state and local agencies, and ensure technical and financial excellence across multidisciplinary projects.

You will drive business growth, mentor staff, and represent the firm at industry events and councils, contributing to Pape-Dawson’s transportation practice expansion and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive, multi-discipline experience in design managing transportation projects.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships with DOT/municipal projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets and profitability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior-level representation.

Job Description: Overview: This role provides leadership and client management for delivery of infrastructure projects. This role oversees multiple project management teams, drives client relationships with agencies such as DOT and municipalities, and ensures technical and financial excellence across complex, multi-discipline projects.
