Job summary

HDR seeks a Transportation Data Steward embedded in the Transportation Business Group. This leadership role focuses on defining data definitions, standards, and governance to enable consistent data use across disciplines and service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, data science, business, computer science, or related discipline or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Resources engineering industry.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Define data standards and governance for the Transportation BG.
• Coordinate SME networks to align data definitions and terminology.
• Promote consistent, responsible use of data across projects.
• Partner with the Technology Director to align data workflows with strategy.
• Lead change management to drive adoption of data standards and tools across the BG.
