Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in transmission system planning or related technical area.
• Ability to set priorities, manage resources, balance workloads, coach employees, and guide technical programs and projects.
• Strong understanding of electric power system reliability standards, compliance procedures, and regulatory organizations.
• Experience leading engineers, technical specialists, consultants, or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing transmission planning team.
• Drive grid strategy and planning excellence across planning programs and studies.
• Oversee system planning studies and project development activities, including regulatory support.
• Support capital forecast development and prioritization of transmission investments.
• Maintain governance for NERC reliability standard compliance and risk management.
