Kiewit Power Delivery seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on major transmission and substation projects under an Early Contractor Involvement model. You will supervise multiple foremen and craft professionals, ensuring safety, schedule performance, and client satisfaction on high‑impact infrastructure efforts.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive cost control, planning, and problem resolution with clients across our North American footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience, incl. 3+ years in leadership on transmission/substation projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of progressive design-build or ECI models is a plus.
• Excellent communication, planning and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a safety‑driven, quality‑focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead field execution on high-voltage transmission and substation projects.
• Mentor and develop junior superintendents and foremen.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and contract administration.
• Drive client engagement and represent Kiewit in planning meetings.
• Develop plan for project completion and turnover.
• Maintain daily diary for record keeping and project documentation.
• Approve promotions up to General Foremen.
