Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Class A Lineman to safely construct, maintain and repair electrical transmission systems on energized and de-energized lines. The role may require travel to different job sites, including out-of-state locations, and reports to the Foreman.

Candidates should have five years of transmission line experience, a valid CDL, and be willing to work long hours, weekends and emergencies. The position involves climbing structures, rigging, and operating bucket trucks.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours and on-call when required.

Responsabilités

• Perform construction, maintenance and repair of energized and de-energized transmission systems.
• Lead crew in absence of supervisor and conduct safety briefings.
• Train apprentices and ground workers.
• Install and repair overhead transmission lines, poles and hardware.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks, digger derricks and related equipment.
• Work outdoors in varied weather and environments.
