Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC in Florida seeks a safety‑driven Foreman to lead a crew building and repairing electrical transmission lines. Travel to job sites, including out-of-state, may be required; reporting to the General Foreman.

You will supervise installation and repair of overhead lines, maintain safety protocols, conduct pre-job briefings, and ensure quality and on-time completion. CDL required, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness for overtime.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of transmission line experience required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Perform new construction, maintenance and repair of transmission systems (energized and de-energized).
• Oversee project quality and ensure deadlines are met.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks and other transmission line equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE.
