Job summary

Pike Electric LLC in Florida is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a crew constructing and repairing overhead distribution lines. You will work on energized and de-energized systems and may travel to job sites, including out-of-state locations, as needed by operations.

Responsibilities include pre-job briefings, coaching lower classifications on safety, overseeing project quality and deadlines, and performing live-line work using approved glove and hot-stick techniques.

Qualifications

• Five years of overhead line experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites.
• Proven safety coaching and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations (MS Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Perform construction, maintenance, and repair of energized and de-energized overhead distribution systems.
• Oversee project quality and completion deadlines.
• Conduct live-line work using approved gloving and hot-stick techniques.
• Travel to job sites, including out-of-state locations, as required.
