Pickett, an ESP Associates company, seeks a Lead Engineer to provide leadership and senior technical expertise on HV and EHV overhead transmission projects. You will manage line routing, design reviews, and client coordination while guiding a team of engineers, technicians and drafters.

The role demands a PE and a decade of transmission-line experience, with strong PLS-CADD proficiency and broad standards knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification (required).
• 10+ years of transmission line engineering experience in electric utilities (required).
• Extensive experience using PLS-CADD (required).
• Strong knowledge of NESC, IEEE, ASCE and ACI standards.
• Excellent project management skills and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and drafters.
• Guide line routing, survey coordination, and design reviews.
• Develop proposals and estimate projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
