Job summary

Pickett, an ESP Associates company, is seeking a Senior Engineer to provide technical leadership on complex HV and EHV transmission design projects. You will manage line routing, PLS-CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, and coordination with vendors and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, PE certification, and at least 8 years of related experience in electric utilities, with proficiency in PLS-CADD and a solid grasp of NESC, IEEE, ASCE, and ACI standards.

Qualifications

• PE certification is required.
• Minimum 8 years in transmission line engineering.
• Experience with PLS-CADD for HV/EHV projects.
• Strong knowledge of design codes (NESC/IEEE/ASCE/ACI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and approve PLS-CADD criteria.
• Schedule tasks for project support team.
• Attend client stakeholder meetings and design reviews.
