Job summary

Pickett and Associates, LLC, an ESP Company, is seeking a Lead Engineer to provide senior technical leadership on complex HV and EHV overhead transmission projects. The role combines hands-on design with team leadership in a hybrid Lake Mary, FL environment.

You will guide line routing, PLS-CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, and coordination with stakeholders to meet client requirements and schedules. PE certification, 10+ years’ experience, and strong PM skills are required.

Qualifications

• PE certification required
• 10+ years of transmission line engineering experience
• Extensive experience with PLS-CADD
• Knowledge of NESC, IEEE, ASCE, ACI standards
• Strong leadership and project management skills
