Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks a Supervising Engineer - Transmission Line to lead high-voltage infrastructure projects. You will oversee a team of engineers and designers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates bring a strong civil, mechanical, or electrical background, PE licensure, and a proven ability to manage complex multi-discipline teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or graduate degree in Engineering from ABET accredited university.
• P.E. license required.
• Strong background in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering with high voltage experience.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, permitting, construction support, and closeout.
• Supervise a team of engineers, designers, and support staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Oversee preparation of engineering designs, specifications, and plans for utilities infrastructure such as substations and transmission lines.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards, including environmental and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and the public to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure high workmanship and material standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project status reports and documentation.
